Installation

The problem gear unit can be dismantled by our service specialist in accordance with customer’s requirements. The MAAG replacement kit will be completely installed and realigned. After final inspection, the plant will be commissioned by a MAAG service specialist and can be used at full operating load immediately. There is no need to start up gradually, thus avoiding the loss of production this procedure entails. We recommend professional gear maintenance to our customers, which is provided by signing a MAAG service contract.
