The principle of KissCom

The monitoring of a running gearbox is based on the principle of vibration analysis. At exactly defined measuring points, the frequencies are measured and calculated by a computer. The frequency analysis uses the complete spectrum of the measured dynamic signal, therefore the data is spliced into partial components (sinus and harmonic). The resulting frequencies can be located and pointed to the problematic parts. For the following diagnostics, the data will be analyzed by one of Kissling' s experienced gearbox experts.
