And since nobody can exclude the possibility of malfunctions, our service center offers comprehensive customer service, 24 hours by 24, including Sundays and holiday, with access to a huge stock of spare parts.  sometimes all we need to do is raise the performance of a gear-unit, or analyze its state so that we can act quickly before the worst happens.  This is what we call customer service.  This is Kissling.

Kissling & Co. AG runs a well organized customer service department and an impressive spare parts warehouse since its foundation.

Kissling' s Service Center offers a whole range of services for gears made by us or by other manufacturers.  Our highly skilled technical staff with many years of experience provides a quick and efficient service which is performed with a high level of workmanship, just as you would expect from a company with 80 years of experience in building gear-units.

Our huge spare parts warehouse which carries components for many types of gear-units.  with our modern equipment, we quickly make parts which are either not on stock or which may be needed for units by other manufacturers.  We offer the following services;

• Shipment spare parts

• Production spare parts in Zurich for our own as well as for gear-units made by other manufacturers

• Production of pinions, gears, shafts, etc., with a high level of workmanship
