On February 27th 2017, Artec Machine Systems of North Branford, CT signed an agreement with BO‐GE Assembly of Crosby, TX that will ensure the continued support of hundreds of installed air separation turbines following the closure of the RMT facility in Wellsville, NY in December 2016.
BO‐GE Assembly has over 50 years of experience servicing and overhauling high-speed air separation turbines, specializing in precision balancing, oxygen cleaning, and component manufacturing, offering a cost-effective alternative to the OEM, many of whom are no longer in business. With the employment of RMT’s Lead Field Service Technician with over 30 years experience, Artec Machine can now support all aspects of field service including removal, installation, and troubleshooting work. Rotoflow, Atlas Copco, Linde, Worthington, ACD, Cryostar, and Lotepro are just a few of the turbine manufacturers and OEM’s with which we have experience.

Together Artec and BO‐GE can now offer the customer a full turnkey service program to keep their gas production equipment maintained and operational.”

Artec Machine Systems has its roots as a gearbox service, sales, and repair facility so it can also support other aspects of the air separation process including a wide range of gearboxes and geared compressors. BO‐GE Assembly also services a wide range of turbo machinery equipment including compressors, hydrodynamic bearings and cryogenic pumps i.e. Lawrence, Paul, Byron Jackson, etc. BO‐GE Assembly also manufactures onsite a full line of fluid film babbitted bearings and seals for the air separation industry.
